Furniture with soul: when manufacturing is also about inclusion

At Woodabu we don't just make furniture. We build opportunities.

For some time now, we have been collaborating with the UFIL Carpentry School, a beautiful project that trains young people between 16 and 20 years of age at risk of social exclusion. Young people with desire, with talent, with difficult stories... but with a clean look and an energy that gets you going.

In our workshop, we offer them a real space where they can learn, grow and show what they are worth. Because we firmly believe that craftsmanship can also be an engine of social change.

Thanks to this collaboration and institutional support, we have been able to go a step further: Woodabu has received funding thanks to the Program for the promotion of hiring in the area of the Community of Madrid in the line "Promotion of the training contract in alternation for young people".
This has allowed us to incorporate part of these young people, offering them a complete training experience and the possibility of a future contract.

Every time you choose a table, a headboard or a mirror from Woodabu, you are not only bringing design and warmth to your home. You are betting on a business model that believes in second chances, in inclusion, and in the transformative power of a job well done.

Because if we can build something beautiful, we can also build something good.
