Returns: the customer has a period of 30 calendar days to cancel the purchase from the day of receipt of the order. To make the return you can contact us via phone or whatsapp at 603030067. Personalized furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.

The products must be returned to our facilities in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. After verifying their condition, if this is adequate, the amount of the products will be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 days from the return notification.

Exchanges: If the order is not personalized, it can be exchanged for another of the same or different amount, paying or returning the difference. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

• CUIDADOS: para la limpieza habitual del polvo utiliza un paño seco de algodón. En caso de derrame de cualquier sustancia emplea un paño húmedo y jabón neutro. Limpia en dirección de las vetas de la madera. No emplees detergentes ni productos químicos. Seca bien la superficie después de limpiar los derrames para garantizar el buen acabado del mueble.

• SURFACE RENOVATION: to remove stains that are difficult to clean, we recommend rubbing gently with "00" steel wool (you can find it in any hardware store or you can write to us and we will send it to you).

Cada mueble Woodabu se realiza de forma artesanal, por ello, el plazo de entrega es de entre 6-8 semanas (ver plazo exacto en el proceso de compra).

The customer will be able to pay the amount of his order by choosing during the purchase process any of the following ways:

Pay in installments as many times as you need. Immediate, easy, paperless and at no cost to you.

• CREDIT or DEBIT VISA, VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMEX: All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Your credit card information is entered directly on the bank's website, at the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and is not recorded on any server.

• BANK TRANSFER: Write us at +34 603030067 with the model and measurements you want to order and we will send you all the details to place the order. For orders over 1000€ you can pay in two installments of 50% each, the first payment to make effective the order and the second once we have the furniture ready for shipment.

• PAYPAL: Enables secure and convenient online payments. The PayPal network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. Paypal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.
• GOOGLE PAY: Google Pay is a platform to make secure online payments using your cell phone or laptop through your Google account.
• APPLE PAY: Apple Pay is an easier and safer way to pay than physical credit, debit or prepaid cards because it is designed with your security and privacy in mind. Apple Pay uses hardware and software security features built into your device to protect your transactions.

WOODABU emitirá una factura por cada envío, será remitida a la dirección de correo electrónico que nos hayas suministrado en el proceso de pago. Si necesitas una factura con tus datos fiscales, escríbenos a hola@woodabu.com con tus datos y te la enviaremos en menos de 24 horas.

Once we receive your proposal, we will send you a detailed quotation along with a digital sketch so you can see how the furniture will look like.

Nuestro equipo trabajará contigo para ajustar cada detalle y garantizar que el resultado final se adapte perfectamente a tus necesidades y estilo. Te enviamos fotos durante el proceso para que veas cómo va quedando tu pieza :)

Trabajamos con castaño, cerezo y pino silvestre certificados FSC, tres maderas de origen local (Salamanca y Valladolid) que combinan dureza, veta hermosa y larga vida útil. Cada tabla se selecciona a mano primero en aserradero y después en el taller antes de entrar en producción. 

La mejor opción es venir al taller con cita previa: ves los acabados en piezas reales, con luz natural, y te llevas la certeza de lo que estás eligiendo. Si no puedes desplazarte, publicamos fotos de cada acabado en entornos reales y durante la fabricación te mandamos imágenes de tu pieza concreta antes del encolado.

La madera maciza tiene variación natural de veta y tono: eso es lo que la hace única, y también lo que hace que valga la pena verla antes de decidir.

Sí, con certificación que lo acredita. Toda la madera que usamos tiene certificación FSC, lo que garantiza que proviene de bosques gestionados de forma responsable. Además, por cada mueble que fabricamos plantamos un árbol. No es un eslogan: es parte del proceso.
