Returns and Exchanges

Returns: the customer has a period of 30 calendar days to cancel the purchase from the day of receipt of the order. To make the return you can contact us via phone or whatsapp at 603030067. Personalized furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.

The products must be returned to our facilities in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. After verifying their condition, if this is adequate, the amount of the products will be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 days from the return notification.

Exchanges: If the order is not personalized, it can be exchanged for another of the same or different amount, paying or returning the difference. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Care and maintenance

  • CARE: for regular dusting use a dry cotton cloth. In case of spillage of any substance use a damp cloth and neutral soap. Clean in the direction of the wood grain. Do not use detergents or chemical products. Dry the surface well after cleaning spills to ensure a good finish of the headboard.
  • SURFACE RENOVATION: to remove stains that are difficult to clean, we recommend rubbing gently with "00" steel wool (you can find it in any hardware store or you can write to us and we will send it to you).

Shipping

Each piece of Woodabu furniture is handmade, therefore, the delivery time is between 3 and 5 weeks (see exact delivery time in the purchase process).

The shipping cost is as follows, depending on your delivery address:

  • National peninsular shipments:

Free standard shipping (Promotion active when you place your order).

  • Domestic shipments to Balearic/Canary Islands*, Ceuta and Melilla:

The shipping cost will vary depending on your zip code (When you fill in the shipping information, it will be calculated automatically).

  • International shipments:

When you fill in the shipping information, it will be calculated automatically.

*You may be required to pay additional customs duties or taxes to receive your order. WOODABU is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes.

Payments

The customer will be able to pay the amount of his order by choosing during the purchase process any of the following ways:

  • Pay in installments with Klarna:

Pay in installments as many times as you need. Immediate, easy, paperless and at no cost to you.

  • CREDIT or DEBIT VISA, VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMEX: All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Your credit card information is entered directly on the bank's website, at the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and is not recorded on any server.

  • BANK TRANSFER: Write us at +34 603030067 with the model and measurements you want to order and we will send you all the details to place the order. For orders over 1000€ you can pay in two installments of 50% each, the first payment to make effective the order and the second once we have the furniture ready for shipment.
  • PAYPAL: Enables secure and convenient online payments. The PayPal network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. Paypal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.
  • GOOGLE PAY: Google Pay is a platform to make secure online payments using your cell phone or laptop through your Google account.
  • APPLE PAY: Apple Pay is an easier and safer way to pay than physical credit, debit or prepaid cards because it is designed with your security and privacy in mind. Apple Pay uses hardware and software security features built into your device to protect your transactions.

WOODABU will issue an invoice for each shipment, it will be sent to the email address you provided during the payment process. If you need an invoice with your fiscal data, write us at [email protected] with your data and we will send it to you in less than 24 hours.

Customized orders

Yes, you can choose one of our designs and customize it by modifying the measurements, colors, or even sending us a sketch with the geometry you want. Send your request via phone or Whatsapp to 603030067 or via email to [email protected].

Once we receive your proposal, we will send you a detailed quotation along with a digital sketch so you can see how the furniture will look like.
